Now you have a Facebook profile, a LinkedIn profile, and you have your phone, and you have your old friends, and you have your, probably got a Gmail or Yahoo or a Hotmail email, or a company account. as soon as you log in with your Facebook on your phone Facebook will force you to find your old friends I would suggest to allow that so that you can have some reason to come back on Facebook so Facebook will find your old friend who are also using Facebook the same thing will happen with LinkedIn just add 20 of them if you don't want to add a lot of them just add at least 20 of them you can remove them in the in future no problem if you don't like them if they're your old friend and you do like them in either case just add 20 of them once you do this then you are welcome to hi my name is rehan allah add me on linkedin and facebook and then open my friend list once you open my friend list you will see some very interesting people already added there i would suggest you go there and add 10 of them. So just add random 10 people. Don't think who they are. The reason I'm asking you to do random is when you were in class two, you had 10 other students with you You didn know them You were like who are they I don know them You just came to this new school You don know them But as you hang around them within those 20 students 10 students, you were like, I like this person. I like this person. I don't really like that person. I don't want to sit with them. I want to sit with them. So similarly on the internet, just do this as if you were in the same classroom. And your goal is here to make 200 new Facebook friends and same thing on LinkedIn. You will come here, you will go to my friend list, they're all mostly vetted people. You will come in and you will just add, add, add 10 people a day, that's it, not more than that. You will add only 10 people and then two or three of them will accept your friend request, others might say, who are you? And because you have a complete biography, you have written who you are what your mission in life is who are you they will they will accept you and you have a big smile on your face on your photo not a parrot sitting there then definitely they will add you so now you have new Facebook friends new LinkedIn friends and now you are coming and this is harder step now Now you're going to go on Facebook and just write a small little introduction about yourself. You will say hello my name is Rehan I was born in Karachi Pakistan These are my three favorite dishes These are my three favorite cities These are my three favorite people I like And this is my mission in life. You will write all these things, and then you will just submit it on your Facebook. Now you have your first post on Facebook, or maybe it's not your first, but that's now telling everyone, hey, hi, this is who I am. Once you do this, you do the same on LinkedIn. And once you do this, you will have other people say, yeah, good job, blah, blah, blah, whatever. They think it is good. You just add them. Just appreciate them. Click like on their comments so that now you understand how Facebook works. Second thing is harder. You will say the exact same thing, but you will now make a video. If If you are a woman, a female who doesn't like to show her face, put a mask on, put your hijab, or you're a nun, either case, you want to put a video out there. Why do you want to put a video out there? Because now you are giving them data that you can trust me. You can hear my voice, you can see my face, and you can now trust me. So you just have to say, I want to do this. I want to do this. I can do this. And you just do this. Don't think about it too much. The more you will think about it, your mind will stop you from doing this. And why is it doing this? Because it's something new. You haven't done this before. You have all these preset ideas that this is right or this is wrong and whatever you just need to do this just just get over it and just do it once you do this and just don't look at the comments because you are your biggest critique you're going to judge yourself you're going to stop yourself you want to delete this video no I didn't look good oh no I do I wasn't sounding really good doesn't matter this is just to make a yourself more comfortable with yourself with the video just post it out there and you will get a lot of appreciation even though if you weren't if you're thinking people wouldn't didn't like you they liked you don't worry about it
